DESCRIPTION:

By means of ultrasonic vibration in high frequency, the horn is design as a cutter with blunt tip. In addition to the perfect cut surface, food sticking situations can also be minimized. During the cutting process, temperature of cutter is not raised and thus it is especially suitable for cutting chocolates.

Applications: Cheeze, cakes, pizza, spagetti, chocolates, etc.

  2. No raising temperature situation is happened during cutting process.
  3. Cutter are made by Titanium. Foods are not deteriorated.
  4. Even if the food has soft and hard parts, such as nougat, can still make perfect cut.

SPECIFICATION:

Cutters are available in 2 frequencies, 20kHz and 35kHz. The workable width is 48~350mm, differs from its frequency.
